What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, optionally email, and the details of your move (size, addresses, preferred date, notes). When you visit the site we collect minimal analytics (page views, referrer) to understand traffic.

How we use it

We use your contact details only to text or email you the quote you requested, and to coordinate the move if you book. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not convert into bookings are deleted after 12 months. Booking and invoice records are retained for 7 years per BC business records requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, or to delete it, by emailing privacy@inletmove.ca. We will respond within 30 days.
