Terms of service.

Pricing

Hourly billing from $150/hr, $300 minimum (2 hours). Hours are billed in 15-minute increments after the first 2 hours. Quotes are good faith estimates; the final bill tracks actual hours worked plus any agreed-upon additional services.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled move. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $150 fee. Same-day cancellations are billed the $300 minimum.

Insurance and damage

Every move is covered by $2M cargo and liability insurance. If something is damaged we repair, replace, or compensate per the actual replacement value. Photo documentation on every job streamlines claims.

Payment

E-transfer or credit card on completion. Invoice emailed within 24 hours.
